- Can you produce to our own specification or private label?
- Yes — every product is made to your brief: composition, GSM or thread count, sizing, Pantone colours, weave, borders, embroidery, your woven or printed label, and retail or wholesale packaging. Private label and OEM are standard, not extras.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the product and the customisation, and it is confirmed per quote. Tell us the style and target quantity, and we come back with the MOQ and price.
- What certifications do you provide?
- Our textiles are produced to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and amfori BSCI standards, with certification issued per confirmed order. Our manufacturing partners operate to ISO 9001. Test reports and certificates are provided for your order.
- Which Incoterms and ports do you use?
- FOB, CFR or CIF — typically ex Alexandria or Damietta. Other terms on request.
- What are your lead times?
- Typically 30–60 days from approved sample and confirmed order, plus freight. Re-orders of a running specification run faster.
- Do you ship to my country?
- We have exported to Australia and are built to serve the GCC, Europe and North America. Tell us your destination port and we confirm freight and timing in the quote.
- How do I get a quote?
- Use the Request a Quote form with the product, target quantity, customisation and destination port — you get a costed, documented quotation back within 24 hours, from the owner.
- Do you sell to individuals?
- No — Pyramids Co. is a business-to-business exporter. We supply wholesalers, importers, retail brands, childcare suppliers and hospitality buyers.
- Who will I be dealing with?
- The founder, Ahmed Mounir, and his team. Decisions are made in one conversation.
