How we work

Minimum order
Varies by product and customisation — confirmed per quote, never hidden. Multipacks and mixed cartons across the childcare range.
Lead times
Typically 30–60 days from approved sample and confirmed order, plus freight. Re-orders of a running specification run faster.
Samples
Pre-production samples are made to your approved specification — produced at our cost, courier on the customer — so what you sign off is what ships.
Payment
Confirmed per quote, and stated clearly in writing before you commit.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Form A / GSP where applicable), EUR.1 for EU preferential origin, and bill of lading — with every shipment.
